CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Southern Indiana visited the Johnson-Murdoch Tennis Complex and left with an 8-1 win following the Lady Jackets' home opener.

The Eagles, 1-1 overall, swept the doubles for a quick 3-0 lead. The closest match was at the #2 spot by an 8-4 outcome.

Cedarville's lone point came at #2 singles. Lauren Jackson improved to 2-0 with a convincing 6-2, 6-1 result.

USI won the other five singles matches. Two needed to go the full three sets.

The Lady Jackets, 1-1, head to Otterbein on Monday at 4:30 p.m.
