Box Score CEDARVILLE, Ohio - The Yellow Jackets scored three times in the first half and remain unbeaten in the G-MAC following a 3-0 result against Davis & Elkins.
An own goal in the 10th minute was all the hosts needed.
Joel Twinem's corner kick was headed by
John Schwien toward the six-yard box where it deflected off of a D&E defender into the net.
Jared Newman made it 2-0 with a 30-yard strike in the 31st minute.
Christian Alexander finished the scoring in the 41st by converting a penalty kick.
Paulo Pinto made two saves in goal. The Senators slip to 1-3-1 and 0-2-1 G-MAC.
The Yellow Jackets, 5-1-1 and 3-0 G-MAC, controlled the match statistically. They outshot the Senators 16-6 overall and 8-2 on goal.
A total of 37 fouls were called. D&E was booked with five cautions.

- Pinto lowered his league-leading goals against average to 0.55 with his fourth shutout.
- Cedarville leads the all-time series, 3-2-1. The two sides meet again in Elkins, W.Va. on Oct. 7.
