ALLENDALE, Mich. - Savannah Ackley and Hannah Rhem placed third and fourth, respectively, in the 5,000 meter run at the Grand Valley State Holiday Open.

Ackley was timed in 16:45.97 while Rhem crossed the line in 16:51.52 at the Kelly Family Sports Center.

Both runners met the NCAA Division II provisional qualifying standard.

Ackley's mark ranks No. 2 on the Lady Jackets' all-time Top 10 list - exactly three seconds behind her school record - and Rhem's is No. 3.

Cedarville resumes indoor track & field action at the Ashland Invitational on January 20.
