ALLENDALE, Mich. - Savannah Ackley topped her own school record in the women's 5,000 meter run at the Grand Valley State University Big Meet - Friday.

Ackley placed sixth in her section in 16:40.97 to lower her school record by exactly two seconds set nearly a year ago to the day at GVSU.

Corinne Lynch was timed in 17:27.41 in the 5K and Abby Drosdak came across the line in 17:44.41.

Other Cedarville competitors included Audrianna Enns in the 800 meters (2:18.43) and Emily Walsh in the mile (4:59.14).
