COLUMBUS, Ohio - Alexandra Brizzi guided Cedarville to a solid showing in the Jesse Owens Classic hosted by Ohio State University.

She placed eighth in the 200 meters in 24.39 seconds - the fourth-best time in school history.

Brizzi along with Kiersten Franklin, Mallory Gasper, and Nora Hagan were fourth in the 4 x 100 meter relay in 46.82.

It's the third time this spring the foursome has posted a time faster than 47 seconds in the event.

Abby Drosdak placed seventh in the 5,000 meters in 17:24.98.

Haleigh Eckert was eighth in the pole vault by clearing 12-2.75 (3.73 meters).
