OXFORD, Ohio - Haleigh Eckert tied the school record and tied for first place in the pole vault at the Miami RedHawk Invitational.

The senior from Mason, Ohio cleared 12-11.50 (3.95 meters) to equal the top mark in school history she set last spring at Tiffin.

Eckert met the NCAA Division II provisional qualifying standard and moved up to a tie for 15th place in the country with her performance.

She was the only member of the Lady Jackets competing in the meet.

Cedarville will participate in the G-MAC Championships on May 1-3 at Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Mich.
