MIDLAND, Mich. - Cedarville placed sixth at the G-MAC Men's Cross Country Championship hosted by Northwood University at the Fisher Family Trails.
Joey Merrill led the way for Cedarville finishing 19th overall in 24:55.0. Teammate
Joey Carroll followed close behind in 20th at 24:55.4.
Both were recognized on the All-G-MAC Second Team for their performances.
Rounding out the Jackets' top seven were
Trevor Billingsley (22nd, 24:59.8),
Jonathan Christopher (29th, 25:11.2), JJ Varner (32nd, 25:16.2),
Kolson Kytta (40th, 25:25.2), and
Nathan Garrett (41st, 25:25.3).
Walsh returned to the top of the podium with 57 points. The rest of the top five included Ashland (72), Tiffin (73), Findlay (88), and Hillsdale (111).
