Emma Weaver was placed on second and moved to third on a
Macy Sidebottom sacrifice.
Gardner hammered the first pitch she saw deep to left field for the winner. Sidebottom had two hits including a three-run triple.

Maya Merrill, 1-4, tossed the final four innings to get her first win of the spring.
In the second game, Berry led off the bottom of the seventh with a single and moved up on an error.
Brynley Rung had a bunt single setting up the winning sac fly.
Berry and Rung tallied two hits apiece for the Jackets, 3-11. Reliever
Chesnie Patton, 2-2, pitched two hitless innings for the victory.
