CEDARVILLE, Ohio – Ursuline cranked out 29 hits on the day and took both ends of a doubleheader against Cedarville.
The Arrows outlasted the home team in the first game, 5-3, in 11 innings and then rolled to a 9-5 result.
The Jackets had a golden opportunity to win the opener when they had runners at second and third with one out in the 10th inning but failed to score.
Ursuline, who totaled 15 hits in the contest, scored three times in the 11th to take control.
CU totaled just four hits by four different players.
