NCCAA ATHLETES OF THE WEEK
CEDARVILLE, Ohio –
Brandon Rogers is the NCCAA Men's Track Athlete of the Week after setting three schools records at the Tennessee Invite.
The junior from West Chester, Ohio was the runner-up in the 400 meters in 46.68 seconds – currently No. 8 in the country.
Rogers led off the 4 x 400 meter relay team that placed second in 3:09.87 which took more than two seconds off the school record and also rates No. 8 in Division II.
He additionally established a new CU record in the 200 meters with a time of 21.70 seconds.
The marks in the 400 and 4 x 400 relay met the NCAA Division II provisional qualifying standard in both events.
