CEDARVILLE, Ohio - The NAIA #23 Yellow Jackets claimed the 20th Annual Friendship Invitational at the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course to win its own event for the third time in the past five years.

Cedarville tallied 62 points to outdistance 12 other teams. Tiffin had 70 points while Denison scored 90.

#T.J. Badertscher# moved back to the top of the CU line-up to place 6th out of 153 runners. His time for the 8,000 meters was 25:56. Matt Brooker was 8th in 26:00.

The Jackets' next five were within 50 seconds of one another. Josiah Bragg finished 15th in 26:14 and Chris Vaughn was 18th in 26:26.

Completing the scoring for Cedarville were Jordan Davies (22nd; 26:35), Josh Wiseman (26th; 26:42), and Joseph Cathey (32nd; 27:04).
