RESULTSÂ |Â HIGHLIGHTS
WESTERVILLE, Ohio -
Carly Rose and
Lyndsey Smith won individual events and the Lady Jackets tied for third place overall at the Otterbein Twilight Invitational at Memorial Stadium.
Rose took first place in the 1,500 meters in 4:43.27 while Smith took top honors in the 200 meter dash in 25.60 seconds.
The 4 x 400 meter relay unit consisting of Rose,
Erin Ashley,
Sarah Hoffman, and
Vivianna Hein was also a winner in 4:10.52.
Hoffman was the runner-up in the 800 meters in 2:20.81 and
Kacy Dunn was second in the 1,500 in 4:43.61.
Samantha Reece was third in the 100 meter dash in 12.86 seconds.
In the field events, Smith was the runner-up in the long jump with a leap of 17-0.50 (5.19 meters).
Host Otterbein won the team title with 110 points and Malone was second at 100.50. Cedarville and Spring Arbor tied for third place with 91 points.
