COLUMBUS, Ohio - Lady Jacket senior
Olivia Esbenshade finished third in the 800 meters at the Jesse Owens Track Classic hosted by Ohio State University.
The product of Marietta, Pa. posted a mark of 2:10.11 which is the second-fastest time she's ever run.
Esbenshade ran exactly one second faster a week earlier in California at Azusa Pacific's Bryan Clay Invitational.
That 2:09.11 performance presently ranks 14th in the country and met the NCAA Division II provisional qualifying standard.
Esbenshade qualified for the 2016 NCAA Outdoor Championship and was a 2017 All-American indoors in the distance medley relay.
