HIGH POINT, N.C. - Freshman pole vaulter Haleigh Eckert set another PR in the prestigious VertKlasse Meeting hosted by High Point University.

The Mason, Ohio native tied for sixth place in the women's invitational event clearing 12-1.50 (3.70 meters).

The effort improves Eckert's NCAA Division II provisional mark and is also the third-best performance in school history.

Lauren Willow, a senior from Arlington, Ohio, participated in the women's invitational high jump. She placed sixth at 5-0.25 (1.53 meters).

The rest of Cedarville's track & field contingent will compete in the Taylor Invitational on Saturday in Upland, Ind.
