TFRRS RESULTS

OXFORD, Ohio - Rachel Sweeney and Alayna Ackley continued their momentum in the steeplechase and Alexandra Brizzi had a pair of top efforts at the Miami Redhawk Invitational.

Sweeney was second in the 3K steeple in 10:49.88 to improve upon her NCAA Division II provisional qualifying mark while Ackley was third in 10:52.09 to hit the provisional standard.

Sweeney's time is the fifth-best in school history and Ackley's rates seventh.

Brizzi sprinted to a runner-up finish in the 200 meters in 25.66 seconds. She was third in the 100 in 12.42.

Lauren Willow placed third in the high jump at 5-5 (1.65 meters) and Caroline Schaeckenbach was fourth in the 400 meter hurdles in 1:06.19.
