TOLEDO, Ohio - Rachel Sweeney broke the Lady Jackets' record in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with a time of 10:37.33 at the Toledo Rocket Invitational.

The mark was 12 seconds faster than her previous personal best and currently places her eighth in the country on the NCAA Division II performance list.

Kayla Casaletto previously held the school record in the steeplechase at 10:39.68 set in 2019.

Haleigh Eckert, who set the school record in the pole vault two days ago at Hillsdale, was the runner-up at Toledo by clearing 11-9 (3.58 meters)

Lauren Willow was seventh in the high jump at 5-2.25 (1.58m).

Elsewhere on the track, Bekah Jenkins placed fifth in the 5,000 meters in 18:52.74 and Alayna Ackley was 12th in the steeple in 11:12.64.
