FAIRBORN, Ohio - Cedarville placed three runners in the top ten and finished third in the Wright State Classic.
The 5,000 meter race was staged at the Fairborn Community Park.
Evan Leist (15:15.9) was seventh,
Isaiah Kelly (15:18.3) placed ninth, and
Cooper Peterson (15:19.5) was tenth to lead the squad.
Others to score for the Yellow Jackets included
Ethan Wallis (24th; 15:30.6),
Aidan Peterson (42nd; 15:53.5),
J.J. Varner (43rd; 15:54.8), and
Trevor Cross (46th; 15:57.8).
Ohio State scored 33 points to secure the top spot. Dayton totaled 82 and Cedarville had 86 points.
