TIFFIN, Ohio -
Haleigh Eckert broke the school record in the pole vault to lead an impressive day for the Lady Jackets at the Tiffin Track Carnival.
Cedarville had three NCAA Division II provisional qualifiers to go along with five performances that rank in the program's Top 10.
Eckert cleared 12-11.50 (3.95 meters) to add an inch and a half to her previous CU record. She's also an NCAA qualifier.
Alayna Ackley won the 3,000 meter steeplechase in 11:00.53 to hit the NCAA provisional mark.
The other qualifier was
Audrianna Enns, who was third in the 800 meters in 2:11.33.
Kiersten Franklin was fourth in the 100 meter dash in 11.96 seconds - No. 2 on the Lady Jackets' all-time list. Her prelim time of 11.98 rates No. 4.
In the field events,
Sarah Hannay won both the discus (139-1; 42.40m) and hammer (159-2; 48.52m). Her discus effort is No. 5 on Cedarville's Top 10 and the hammer throw is No. 6.
