Jessica Steger pounded two homers and
Morgan Arbogast fired a complete-game shutout to highlight the Lady Jackets' non-conference doubleheader sweep at Bellarmine.
Cedarville rolled to 7-0 and 5-3 wins to level the overall record to 2-2 on the young season.
In the opener, Steger delivered a two-run double in the second inning and later cracked a two-run home run in the sixth.
Avary Humes added two hits to the offense.
Arbogast went the distance inside the circle. She allowed four hits and struck out six.
Kara Eiginger's two-run double in the third inning of the second game gave the Jackets the lead for good. Steger's two-run shot in the fourth made it 5-2.
Danielle Wolgamot stroked three hits.
Avary Humes doubled, walked twice, and scored twice while
Kaitlyn Woerner had two hits including a double.
Starting pitcher
McKenna Smith went the first four innings and recorded her first collegiate victory.
Lucia Eroshevich tossed the final three frames to get credit for a save.
