The Courtyard Marriott Springfield Female Athlete of the Week (April 21-27) is track & field distance runner Kayla Casaletto. The senior from Goshen, Indiana turned in the second-best 3,000 meter steeplechase effort in school history with a third-place showing at Ohio State's Jesse Owens Classic on Saturday, April 27, 2019 in Columbus, Ohio. Casaletto was timed in a personal-best 10:49.42 which moved her up to #18 in the country in NCAA Division II.
