VANCOUVER, Wash. - #T.J. Badertscher# placed 45th overall and Cedarville finished in the Top 20 at the NAIA Championship for the sixth time in the last seven years.
Badertscher covered the 8,000 meters in 26:03. There were a total of 323 competitors with the top 30 considered All-Americans.
Evan Thayer was 76th in 26:23. Rob Trennepohl wrapped up his career placing 142nd in 26:52.
The rest of the Yellow Jacket line-up included Joseph Cathey (161st; 27:00), Jordan Davies (175th; 27:10), Chris Vaughn (201st; 27:27), and Josiah Bragg (256th; 28:09).
American Mideast Conference member Malone easily won its third straight national title with 44 points. Shawnee State was 4th with 229 points.
